What is a Cinquain?
A cinquain is a poem.
A cinquain poem is five lines long.
Cinquain pomes are about things or naming words.
For example, you can wright a cinquain poem about cupcakes.
A cinquain poem uses adjectives, verbs, nouns and synonyms.
A cinquain poem has a certain amount of syllables in each line.
What are the rules of a Cinquain.
The first line has to be a noun and have two syllables.
The second line has to have two adjectives and four syllables.
The third line has to have three verbs and six syllables.
The fourth line is a four word saying or phrase with eight syllables.
The fifth line is a synonym with two syllables.
